Role summary

This role supports the delivery of marketing and communications for a specific programme, working under the direction of the International Business Development Manager. It involves planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging content for various platforms, and managing social media. The postholder will also collect and analyse data, coordinate communications activities, and provide administrative and project support. The role requires strong marketing, communication, and analytical skills to promote initiatives and engage stakeholders.

Essential criteria

  • Educated to Higher National Diploma level or equivalent

  • Degree in Marketing
  • Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM)
  • Experience in marketing and communication across digital and offline channels
  • Experience in online analytics and SEO
  • Strong IT skills, confident using a computer and software, including regular use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), web-based systems, email marketing tools, social media platforms and databases. Ability to learn and use more advanced digital tools when required, demonstrating accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools
  • Familiarity with website CMS
  • Ability to use analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and compile into spreadsheets and reports
  • Strong MS Office Skills
