Job summary
The position will be for the successful applicant to work within the Carrick iCMHT based in Truro and covering the Carrick district including surrounding areas, St Agnes and Falmouth. The successful applicant will be expected to work in the Community with individuals with Severe and Enduring [contact details removed].
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the effective provision of Mental Health Services to an identified caseload of service users.
You will provide a range of services including practical and emotional support to individual service users as indicated by the individual care plans provided by their lead health care professionals.
