Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Hub Manager within the Clinical Administration team (CAS). The role involves proactively managing the administration team, including outpatients, waiting list, typing, and tracking teams. You will focus on ensuring the hub meets expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify continuous service improvements. The manager will also analyze performance data to maintain high operational integrity and use this data to coach and develop the team. Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity within the Clinical Administration team (CAS) for a Hub manager.

You will be responsible for proactively managing the administration team, including outpatients, WL and typing and tracking teams. Focus will be on ensuring the hub is meeting the expected KPI's and identifying continuous service improvements.

You'll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.
