Role summary
This role is for a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to join the Leighton Buzzard Primary Home Care Team, based in Dunstable. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, facilitate self-care for patients with long-term conditions, and contribute to health promotion. There are opportunities for professional development and support to complete a Nursing qualification. The role involves working a shift pattern covering 7 days a week and requires access to a vehicle.
Essential criteria
- NMC Registered Nursing Associate
- Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent
