Role summary
This role involves day-to-day data quality tasks within the data quality team, primarily based in main OPD. The post-holder will sign up patients to Mychart during outpatient appointments and manage EPR patient portal Mychart requests from parents/carers. They will also work with the Data Quality team to oversee the new EPR Epic system and its data quality functions, assisting with education and training across BWCH.
Key responsibilities

Essential criteria
- Professional qualification at diploma level NVQ 3 or equivalent NHS administration experience
- Knowledge and Nature of Experience
- Proven knowledge and experience of working with Patient Records & knowledge of an EPR system.
- Previous NHS experience
- Clear oral and written communication skills & good inter personal skills.
- Professional/ Managerial/ Specialist Knowledge
- Be experience in the use of Microsoft office and Excel
Desirable criteria
- Delivery of Training experience
- Supervisory experience
