Path House Medical Practice would like to invite applicants to join this thriving, urban Practice for a fixed term maternity leave cover. Whether you are a new GP starting out on your GP journey or a more experienced GP looking for a new challenge, we would be delighted to hear from you.
We are a well-established training practice, with a list size of 17,000 patients who pride ourselves on teamwork and quality patient care.
· 12 full and part time GPs
· 10 x 15min F2F or telephone appointments morning and afternoon
· House visit at lunch if required and admin. Rotational on-call duty doctor.
· Training practice for GPST1/GPST3
· VISION / Docman
· MDT on site - ANPs, pharmacy team, mental health nurses and district nurses
· Support from nursing home ANPs
