Role summary

As a Social Care Worker your main job is to help older people living in the care home. This post is responsible for leading a team to support vulnerable adults within a residential setting. We are looking for 1 member of staff to join our dynamic team on contracts for day and overnight care and support. You must have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills. You must be able to respond constructively to unpredictable situations and able to cope under pressure.
