Job summary

The Pancreas CNS team are involved in supporting patients diagnosed with a HPB malignancy. We work across several different treatment modalities such as surgical, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can provide caring and compassionate support to patients/relatives. Someone who can confidently work as part of a team with the wider MDT and help to facilitate timely patient pathways from diagnosis to treatment.

Main duties of the job

Will carry continuing responsibility for a defined caseload of patients.

Will provide advanced nursing expertise to patients attending with suspected diagnosed HPB disease.

Will contribute to the multi-disciplinary team and network in the development service.
