Role summary
This Senior Community Nurse role involves working within a clinically led organization to provide high-quality patient care in their homes and care homes. Essential criteria
- Registered Level 1 Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
- Educated to level 6 / degree level in relevant area
- Assessor Supervisor / Mentorship qualification
- Knowledge and Experience
- Broad range of clinical skills relevant to Community Nursing that are actively undertaking, - including but not limited to Compression Bandaging, Dopplers, Venepuncture, Male & Suprapubic catheter, Syringe drivers and Palliative care Symptom Management.
- Ability to delegate nursing care and to prioritise visits in accordance with patient need and to organise workload without direct supervision
- A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use if required for this post, however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010
