Based at Oldmeldrum , the successful candidate will work flexibly across the Formartine locality in line with service needs, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care within the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to manage a defined caseload and deliver skilled nursing care to patients within their own homes.
