Job summary

We are looking for a caring, motivated and dynamic community nurse to join our friendly, professional team.

This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Expected duration of this post is 9 months. Full or part time hours available.

You will be part of the Stratton Community Nursing Team and you will be based at Stratton Hospital, covering Bude and the surrounding area.We cover Stratton and Neetside GP practices within the local PCN. Your role will require close collaboration with GP's, health and social care colleagues including therapists and voluntary organisations. We would like you to possess commitment to team working and embrace innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will need to have a real enthusiasm for community nursing as an autonomous practitioner and a desire for ongoing professional development.

You should also have an understanding of the changing climate of care delivery in the community.

Shift patterns are 0800 - 1600 and 1400 - 2200. Proposed interview date: 21 September 2026
