Role summary
This role supports the CORE Team by accurately transferring predicted and finalised shift and absence information from HealthRoster into SSTS, the time and attendance system. You will provide direct support to frontline HealthRoster users, ensuring accurate data entry for workforce reporting and payroll processes. The position is fixed-term for one year, working 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, based at Caledonia House.

The role:
The CORE (Centre of Rostering Excellence) Team is responsible for the delivery and support of the Board’s rostering systems, HealthRoster and SSTS. SSTS is the established time and attendance system that transfers shift and absence information to payroll and provides workforce reporting. HealthRoster supports robust eRostering, helping to align staff resources with service requirements and safe staffing legislation.
