Role summary
This role is for a highly motivated Band 5 Primary Care Staff Nurse to join the Health & Justice team at HMP/YOI Bronzefield. You will provide patient-focused quality care in a secure environment, addressing healthcare needs and promoting health and well-being. The position involves individual patient assessment, treatment, referral, and monitoring, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and criminal justice staff. The team operates a 7-day working model, focusing on responsive and dependable primary care and mental health services.
