Key responsibilities
- Manage a specialist clinical caseload for individuals with complex occupational therapy needs.

- Deliver planned interventions across both inpatient and community settings, adapting approaches as needed.
- Provide strategic leadership within the inpatient Occupational Therapy service, contributing to service planning and operational direction.
- Provide clinical and managerial supervision to junior and support staff, ensuring safe and effective practice.
Essential criteria
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration (or eligibility for registration).

- Demonstrable experience of managing a clinical caseload and delivering structured interventions.
