Role summary

This role involves assisting registered midwives in providing high-quality, person-centred care within the Day Assessment Unit. Key duties include supporting midwives with Monofer infusions, chaperoning cervical balloon catheter inductions, and performing maternal observations and venepuncture under supervision. The post holder will also help maintain a clean and safe ward environment and contribute to a caring atmosphere.

Essential criteria

  • Experience with working with people, ideally in a customer service role.
  • Experience with providing person centred care
