Job summary

Want to take the next step in your career and develop your MSK skills? Here at NELFT we have a well established band 7/8a team including ESPs to support your development as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

We offer a blended model of face to face and virtual clinics with the ability to spend some time working from home. Laptop provided.

Our small, friendly teams work across clinics in the London Boroughs of Havering and Barking and Dagenham. Rotations are a diverse MSK caseload at different bases.

Interview will be in person - no virtual interviews will be offered for this post.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high standard of assessment and diagnosis, based on clinical findings, develop and implement an individualised treatment programme in conjunction with the patient referred to the Physiotherapy Musculoskeletal Service.

Educate and train Junior and Student Physiotherapists, and exercise therapists..

To be an active member of the in-service training programme.

Maintain own competence through CPD.

To act as appraiser of junior staff, using the service appraisal model to facilitate staff development and the production of a PDP.

To maintain good professional standards of behaviour and appearance.
