NHS Grampian is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and values-driven Employability Officer to support the design, coordination and delivery of our Parental Employability Framework. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to NHS Grampian’s Anchor Organisation ambitions by creating supported employment pathways for parents who are at risk of poverty and helping people access sustainable opportunities within health and care.
The post holder will work closely with Local Employability Partnerships, third sector providers, education partners, recruitment colleagues and NHS services to develop accessible routes into paid placements, entry-level roles and longer-term employment.
