Role summary
This role involves supervising a small team of Health and Support Workers during night shifts at Perth House. Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or above or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge gained through experience and training
- GCSE English Language and Mathematics (or equivalent)
- Experience and Knowledge
- Good knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation/ delivery of care
- Recent experience of working within adult/older peoples rehabilitation setting
- Experience working as a band 3 Health/Social care Assistant / Support Workers
- Knowledge of safeguarding adults and escalation processes

- Working Knowledge of IT systems and software packages
