Role summary

  • GCSE English and Mathematics at grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications)

Job summary

Trauma and Orthopaedics is recruiting! Working with us at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the coordination and delivery of high-quality trauma care. As a Trauma Coordinator, you will work closely with orthopaedic surgeons, anaesthetists, theatre teams, emergency department staff, ward teams, trauma nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, and discharge coordinators to ensure patients receive timely, safe, and effective care throughout their trauma pathway. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will be at the centre of trauma service management, coordinating patient flow, supporting achievement of national trauma standards, and facilitating communication across the multidisciplinary team. You will contribute to improving patient outcomes and ensuring an efficient trauma service from admission through to surgery and discharge.
