Role summary

This role supports the Education Service, specifically the Mandatory Training Team, by providing administrative functions focused on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system. The post holder will be the first point of contact for staff queries related to ESR, eLearning, and course bookings, and will also assist Subject Matter Experts in creating courses. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Education Service, as part of the Business Development and Governance Team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The post holder will support the Mandatory Training Team to provide a range of administrative functions primarily focused on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)system used within the Trust.

The Education department operates within Field House at Bradford Royal Infirmary.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a first point of contact service for all Trust staff relating to ESR, including queries related to eLearning and course bookings. They will also be the first point of contact for Subject Matter Experts to create courses within ESR. The post holder will be required to understand mandatory training requirements and offer advice to staff.
