Role summary
This role is for a Community Staff Nurse within the District Nursing Service in Stockport, providing care in patients' homes and residential homes. The post holder will work with Community Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver first-class service to residents. It requires a flexible, innovative practitioner with strong clinical, organisational, and assessment skills. The service operates seven days a week, and the nurse will care for patients with complex needs and support their carers.

Main duties of the job
The post holders will work with the Community Nurses and other multidisciplinary teams with the support of Mastercall GPs, to provide a first class service to the residents of Stockport.
