Role summary

Key responsibilities
- Overarching project management across the Cheshire and Merseyside Diagnostic Programme.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the ICS.
- Ensuring a standardised and consistent approach to project management and service development.
- Implementing Thrive (productivity tool) in Physiological tests within CDCs.
- Coordinating the planning of projects and developing documentation.
- Ensuring timely and effective communication across all stakeholders.
Essential criteria
- Degree or degree level professional qualification or equivalent experience
- Post graduate qualification or working towards
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Knowledge of Diagnostic Services and the national Diagnostic agenda
- Knowledge of service improvement methodologies
- Experience of delivery of complex projects and programmes
- Experience of cross organizational working
- Experience of delivering service improvements
- Experience of working within and across complex health systems
- Experience of managing risk and reporting
Desirable criteria
- Project Management qualification
- Experience of project management within an NHS environment
- Experience of developing, presenting and delivering business cases

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional candidate to join the Cheshire & Merseyside Diagnostic Programme.
The C&M Diagnostic Project Manager will have responsibility for overarching project management across the Cheshire and Merseyside Diagnostic Programme working collaboratively with colleagues across the diagnostic programme, Cheshire and Merseyside Provider Collaborative, and with stakeholders across the ICS to ensure a standardised and consistent approach to project management and service development.
