Role summary

This is an internal secondment opportunity for a Band 5 E-Roster/eCommunity Project Support Officer. The role involves supporting the E-Roster team in implementing and delivering E-Rostering and eCommunity systems. You will help wards and departments with effective rostering practices to promote safe, transparent, and cost-effective staff planning. The Trust aims to deliver outstanding healthcare services in North Cumbria.

Key responsibilities

Essential criteria

  • GCSE 'C' grade or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent relevant experience
  • Clinical or administrative experience in an NHS setting
  • Experience of managing elements of a project, using project plans, associated documentation, and information systems
  • Experience of working within a large team or organisation
  • Experience of initiating and implementing organisational procedures and processes
  • Experience in appropriately handling confidential material
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Confidentiality and data protection
  • Knowledge of delivering in-service training
  • Ability to accurately document work, create and check reports and documents
  • Correct written and spoken use of English and numerate
