Role summary

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term opportunity for a Band 4 Business Support Lead within the Community Nursing Team. The role involves providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of office functions and efficient service delivery to patients. The post holder will be the first point of contact for services and will manage their own workload, contributing to the administrative team.

Job summary

An exciting full-time, one year fixed term opportunity has arisen within our Community Nursing Team as a Band 4 Business Support Lead, working with colleagues with who support the care delivery of patients in their own homes.

The post holder will provide a confidential and comprehensive administration service to support the Community Nursing Team, presenting a professional image at all times. You will assist in the smooth operation of all general office functions to ensure an efficient and good quality service to patients and contribute to the achievement of efficient service delivery.

On occasion there will be an expectation to provide efficient and effective administrative cover for other close-by bases.

The role is based at Hillcroft House in Thatcham.
