Role summary
An opportunity has arisen for a well-motivated nurse to join the busy medical high dependency unit as a Deputy Charge Nurse. This permanent, part-time role involves supporting the Senior Charge Nurse in leading high dependency care and deputising in their absence. The post holder will demonstrate evidence-based practice and act as a positive role model within the team. You will also contribute to clinical and organisational decision-making.
