Role summary
This role is for a passionate and accredited High Intensity CBT Therapist to join the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly NHS Talking Therapies Service. - Successfully completed Talking Therapies HI supervisor training or equivalent
- Formal training in and experience of providing clinical supervision
- Skills and Aptitude
- Demonstrate experience of working in mental health settings with clients who present with a range of mental health issues and degrees of complexity in particular anxiety & depression.
- Ability to meet agreed/specified service targets by management of own caseload and time
- Ability to make judgements involving complex facts or situations, ability to exercise judgement in identifying and assessing complicated events or problems
