Role summary
This role is for a Team Administrator within the Shropshire Telford & Wrekin MHST, providing comprehensive administrative support to clinical staff. Essential criteria

- RSA Stage III Word Processing / Text Processing or equivalent
- ECDL/CLAIT IT qualification or equivalent

- NVQ/ Level 3 Business administration
- Audio typing experience
- Relevant experience in administration support role including dealing with telephone enquiries in a timely manner
- Experience of dealing with sensitive/distressing issues
- Previous experience of data input
- Experience of using Rio
- Experience of working in a children's service
- Experienced of resource ordering and organisation
- Experience of being able to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel etc.
- Evidence of supporting colleagues in an administration environment

We are pleased to offer an opportunity to join our service as a Team Administrator for Shropshire Telford & Wrekin MHST, working together with an experienced administrative team within a busy and supportive environment.
As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical staff & ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Main duties will include:

- Booking & coordinating appointments

- Typing, formatting & distributing confidential clinic letters & reports
- Liaising with external agencies & stakeholders
- Working together with other admin colleagues in the Service to support day to day delivery.
