Job summary

Main duties of the job
The Co-ordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Urgent Care Rapid Response Service, working closely with clinical teams, emergency services and partner agencies to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care to people experiencing mental health crisis. The role will involve coordinating and prioritising requests, allocating staff, supporting patient flow and maintaining oversight of service demand and operational activity. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities and communicating effectively with a range of professionals.
