Role summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join a diverse team delivering patient-centred care within a prison setting. The role involves assisting registered nurses in providing high-quality physical care, including taking observations, ECGs, and wound care. Essential criteria
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Previous care/HCA experience
- Experience of working in a primary care setting - hospital, secure units/prisons, etc
- Competent at taking blood pressure, ECGs and other observations

- Wound care experience/knowledge
- Ability to assess risk and care plans effectively
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
