Essential criteria

- Knowledge and skills to Masters level through relevant experience or qualification

- Health service management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of managing clinical services
- NHS budget management experience
- Project or Change management
- Experience of leading on projects involving multidisciplinary staff in order to improve service delivery / performance
- Proven experience in any of the following: NHS waiting list management ;Administration management ; Customer Care; Staff supervision; Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams; Portal User
