Role summary

This exciting opportunity is for a Digital Trainer to join the innovative Digital Education Team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust.   • Experience in developing e-learning packages
  • Knowledge/experience of TNAs, design, plan, delivering training
  • Highly Computer literate
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience of using Microsoft 365 applications
  • Experience of using Clinical Systems
  • Indepth knowledge/experience of computerised clinical systems in the NHS

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our innovative Digital Education Team. We welcome applications from motivated individuals with a passion for using digital technology to support staff development and enhance patient care.

The successful candidate will deliver and evaluate high-quality training to individuals and groups through a blended approach, including face-to-face sessions, virtual platforms and eLearning. Experience in clinical systems training and digital content development is desirable, but full training and support will be provided. The role involves creating engaging learning resources such as eLearning modules and instructional videos.

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly. You will work autonomously, manage your workload effectively and contribute positively to a supportive team. Flexibility to travel between sites and occasional evening or weekend working is required.
