Role summary
This role involves providing holistic care to patients in their own homes as part of a multidisciplinary team within the Sutherland Health and Social Care Team. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Sutherland Health and Social Care Team. We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic individual who will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. The post holder needs to be flexible and able to use their own initiative.
