Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Critical Care Nurse to join the Adult Critical Care unit at King's Mill Hospital as a Team Coordinator. The role involves day-to-day operational management, ensuring high standards of patient care, and fostering a positive environment. You will develop leadership skills while remaining clinically involved, supported by a dedicated Clinical Education Team for professional development and career progression. This position combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership responsibilities, contributing to service development and quality improvement.
