Role summary

The ED Navigator Administrator will lead the administration of the ED Navigator programme, managing processes for victims attending the Emergency Department due to violent incidents. This role ensures a smooth and efficient service across multiagency teams, delivering high-quality administration, robust data collection, and onward support for patients and colleagues. The administrator will support ED Navigators and the wider violence prevention partnership by managing data across digital platforms, improving digital pathways, and capturing data to recognise themes of violence. They will also maintain confidential victim support records and establish effective working relationships with various services.

Job summary

The ED Navigator Administrator will actively lead the administration of the ED Navigator programme to manage the administrative processes associated with victims attending the Emergency Department due to a violent incident. Main duties of the job

The main duties for the ED Navigator Administrator will be to support the ED Navigators and wider violence prevention partnership programme with the administration of data across multiple digital platforms. This will include improving digital pathways and data capture, recognising themes and trends of violence and maintaining robust, confidential victim support records.

The ED Navigator Administrator will establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple services including safeguarding adults and children team, emergency department colleagues and across the external multiagency Violence Prevention Partnership..
