Role summary
This role is for a Health Visitor within Trafford Local Care Organisation, part of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. You will work with families and young children to improve health and social outcomes in a multi-agency environment. Essential criteria
- Health Visitor/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Community Health Visiting Pathway
- Nurse Prescriber
- Current NMC registration
- Current health visiting experience or evidence of recent Health Visitor qualifications

- Evidence of recent study
- Mentorship qualification
- Management experience, working with Primary Care
- Working in partnership with other agencies
- Project management experience
- Working knowledge of Primary Health Care Teams
