Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Complex Patient Team within Legal & Risk Services, a division of NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership. The role focuses on Court of Protection work, assisting solicitors and paralegals who advise the NHS in Wales on cases involving consent, capacity, restraint, and deprivation of liberty. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a confident approach, and empathy for the personal nature of the cases.
Essential criteria
- Law Degree (or equivalent) or equivalent CILEX qualifications
