Role summary
Path House Medical Practice is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Care Navigators/Administrators to join their team. This role involves being the first point of contact for patients, primarily handling a high volume of telephone calls to assess needs, book appointments, and direct patients to appropriate services. Candidates should possess excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Two part-time positions are available, one for 25 hours and one for 30 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Answering and managing incoming patient calls
- Booking, rearranging and cancelling appointments over the phone using clinical software
- Greeting and booking in patients at reception
- Assessing patient needs and signposting to the most appropriate clinician or service.
- Processing repeat prescription requests
