Role summary
This role is for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR Advisory Service. You will provide expert HR advice on complex employee relations matters and support workflow processes. The position also involves contributing to policy development, training, and various HR projects alongside the Senior HR Manager.

Essential criteria
- Broad experience in a HR Advisory role including supporting and advising on a wide range of employment issues e.g. disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and bullying and harassment and broad range of complexity and sensitivity
- Experience of working independently at a senior level, advising on a wide range of highly complex employee relations matters without supervision
- Demonstrable ability to identify a range of options, associated risks and barriers in relation to a range of employee relations scenarios
- Ability to motivate and provide support to team members including counselling and mentoring where required.
- Ability to understand, manipulate and analyse data and produce reports to be distributed to a wide range of audiences.

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the effective management and delivery of the HR Advisory Service, providing guidance on workflow, processes and complex employee relations matters.
Working closely with leaders and managers across the Trust, the role will provide expert HR advice and support on a range of employee-related concerns and complex casework. The HR Manager will also work alongside the Senior HR Manager to lead and contribute to key areas of work, including policy development, training, professional development and a range of HR projects and initiatives.
