Key responsibilities
- Support the Dermatology & Plastics service as a Skin Cancer Results & Surveillance Tracker.
- Track and monitor patient results, ensuring all patients meet their target treatment times.
- Liaise with Consultants, CNSs, Secretaries, and external hospitals and treatment centres.
- Manage and prioritise workload independently using knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Provide administration and coordination support to Consultants, Cancer Nurse Specialists, and other staff involved in the patient's pathway.
Essential criteria
- Previous Secretarial Experience or Equivalent
- Diary Management
- IT knowledge and computer skills
- Ability to meet tight timelines and deadlines
- Ability to communication both orally and in writing with a wide range of people
- Proven organisational skills

- Professional approach to work and colleagues

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Dermatology & Plastics service as a Skin Cancer Results & Surveillance Tracker for 37.5 hours per week.
We are looking for an individual who will be highly motivated, organised and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage their own workload and be flexible and adaptable to fulfil the duties within the role. The individual must also have the ability to work well under pressure have excellent communication skills and have the desire to provide a first class service for patients and the clinical teams.
