Role summary
This role is for a Health Visitor to join a high-performing service in Buckinghamshire. You will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of a team, supported by experienced Locality Leads. The service offers a supportive environment, encourages learning and development, and provides preceptorship for newly qualified Health Visitors. You will contribute to providing outstanding care and supporting healthy communities.

- Leadership training
- Nurse Prescribing Qualification
- Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
- Mentoring and supervision skills
- Ability to write detailed reports on client care to ensure interpretation by other members of the team for complete and safe care of the client
- Evidence of on-going professional development
- Evidence of facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to carry out complex clinical assessments
- Experience of Child Protection Policies and Procedures
