Role summary
This is a full-time Band 4 Medical Secretary post within the Women and Children’s Directorate, based at Stobhill Hospital. Key responsibilities
- Manage Gynaecology Consultants’ waiting lists.
- Provide administrative support for Gynaecology Colposcopy.
- Deal with enquiries from patients and colleagues.
- Perform audio typing.
- Undertake other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Support the delivery of effective and efficient Obstetric and Gynaecological services.
- Contribute to the implementation and use of new digital M365 applications.
