Tarrant Ward, based at Blandford Community Hospital are looking for either an experienced or newly qualified Staff Nurse to join our supportive team.** You will be working with a multi-disciplinary care team in a 25 bedded ward to ensure that the patient's rehabilitation journey is individualised, and goals are achieved by the patients to reach their optimum level to return to their own home or suitable placement sourced whilst embodying the Trust's values. We also provide end of life care to patients approaching their last days and weeks of life. Our Elderly Rehabilitation and End of Life Care unit achieved a nationally recognised accreditation in the Gold Standard Framework** award for end-of-life care.
