Role summary
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced registered Mental Health Nurse to provide clinical leadership to the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team in North Lincolnshire. The role involves promoting high standards of nursing care, coordinating the team across a 24/7 rota, and ensuring safe and timely discharge of service users from inpatient care. You will be integral in developing complex and meaningful care plans, focusing on projects to improve service provision and practice.
Essential criteria
- RMNH current professional registration with NMC
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Qualification in non-medical prescribing or willingness to undertake within agreed timescale
- ENB 998 or other NMC approved mentor qualification or mentor qualification appropriate to discipline
- Key skills in literacy, numeracy and IT Level 2 (or equivalent)

- Clinical Leadership Qualification
- Clinical Supervision Training
- Demonstrable post registration experience at a Band 6 level within Acute Mental Health Services
