Role summary

This role provides comprehensive personal assistant and secretarial support to a Consultant and their medical team. The successful candidate will ensure an efficient and reliable service. It is a fixed-term, part-time position within the Medical Division of West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

Essential criteria

  • oProven computer literacy
  • oGood standard of general education (including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent)

Desirable criteria

  • oRSA II or equivalent typing
  • oAMSPAR Certificate
  • Experience and knowledge
  • oPrevious experience as PA or secretary/administration experience
  • oPrevious NHS or related environment
  • oCustomer care experience
  • oMedical terminology
