Essential criteria
- Working without direct supervision, yet as a team member through experience and education
- Substantial post registration experience in Acute or Community Team
- Experience of a wide range of medical conditions
- Evidence of autonomous practice
- Computer literacy
- Leadership and Management Skills
- Ability to deal calmly with stress and distressing situations
- RGN 1st level registration
Desirable criteria
- Experience of audit
- Liaison and negotiation skills
- Teaching qualification, eg, City & Guilds, HEA Mentorship module (or working towards)
- First Degree or Diploma (or working towards)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an registered nurse who is experienced or looking to develop skills in acute care at home nursing to join the Acute Care at Home Team based at St Barnabas Hospital, Saltash.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering services to people in the community, striving to deliver high quality personalised care. The aim of the service is to ensure that an integrated approach is taken when delivering care.The post will deliver a range of skills and experience to all aspects of community care and will involve working with patients in their own homes or in the community setting.
