Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated dietitian to join the paediatric dietetic team at Barnsley Hospital. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated dietitian looking to work within the paediatric dietetic team at Barnsley Hospital. We welcome applications from band 6 Dietitians, or from established band 5 Dietitians who are ready to step up to a more senior level or work in a different area of interest.
This permanent post specialises in paediatrics, with a focus on supporting home enteral feeding and promoting nutrition within this area. It also provides the opportunity to work within specialist areas of paediatrics and a range of common childhood health conditions.
You will work with local and tertiary centre dietitians and health care teams. You will also be able to develop and take part in staff teaching and training, and maintain your continuous professional development.
You will be an integral part of our friendly Dietetic Department and have excellent support from the wider Dietetic team which includes Dietetic Assistant and Assistant Practitioners and a dedicated Administration team.
