Role summary
This role is for a qualified and experienced HR professional to work as a Bank People and HR Advisor on an ad hoc basis. You will provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and staff on a range of workforce matters, including policy interpretation, terms and conditions, absence management, and employee relations. Essential criteria
- *Degree or CIPD Level 5 qualification, and equivalent level of knowledge & experience
- *Evidence of continuous professional development
- *Registered with CIPD
- *Experience of working in an HR department/setting
- *An understanding of HR policies and procedures
- *Handling sensitive material of a confidential nature
- *Experience of providing coaching and guidance to managers

- *NHS experience and experience of Agenda for Change terms and Conditions
- *Previous experience of Employee Service Record (ESR)

- *Experience of report writing including analysis of data
