NHS Highland is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Employability Coordinator to support delivery of a new Scottish Government-funded Parental Employability Programme. The programme will support parents facing barriers to employment to access paid career opportunities across health and care services while helping address workforce challenges.

Working as part of the Employability Team, you will coordinate programme activity across Highland and Argyll & Bute, working with participants, managers and employability partners to support recruitment, onboarding, placement delivery and progression opportunities.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is passionate about supporting people into employment and building strong partnerships.
