This role is for an enthusiastic and motivated Diabetes Specialist Midwife to join the dedicated Diabetes in Pregnancy Team in Sheffield. Essential criteria
- Registered Midwife with Valid NMC
- Attained or working towards first degree of equivalent short courses at degree level
- Evidence of Post Registered education relevant to role
- Post registration experience
- Successful completion of core and relevant competencies
Desirable criteria
- Confident in all areas of midwifery
- Skills and personal knowledge
- Competent in all clinical skills-including cannulation and suturing
- Evidence of contributing to the development of others
- Evidence of management and leadership qualities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Diabetes Specialist Midwife to join our dedicated Diabetes in Pregnancy Team, providing care to women and their families of Sheffield.

The role is Monday to Friday.
