Role summary
This role provides comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Medical Education service, working collaboratively across medical staffing, education teams, learners, and external partners. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate IT skills (especially on excel, Microsoft forms, Web page editing skills)
- Excellent literacy, numeracy, interpersonal and oral/ written communication skills.
- Able to communicate well with senior professionals and negotiate complex, sensitive & detailed issues
- Able to plan and organise a broad range of complex educational activities
- Problem solving skills and ability to analyse complex training scenarios and develop a range of options
- Evidence of providing administrative support for projects with a track record of meeting deadlines and success
- Evidenceofworkingacrossprofessional boundaries, collaborative working with system stakeholders
- Web/ Nexus page editing training or willingness to get trained
- Accent or a similar e-learning system
- Working understanding of the training funding process
- Can raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Working knowledge of IT kit ordering
- Digital records collating and auditing skills
- Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to Trust site as required
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy when producing own work and checking the work of others
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating accountability for own work and an ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to participate in meetings and transcribe good quality minutes and actions in a manner that reflects a knowledge and understanding of the meeting
- Ability to work flexibly as required within and across the service
